The Cape Town Cycle Tour is the world’s largest individually timed cycling event, attracting over 35,000 local and international cyclists every year. The scenic 109 km route starts in historic central Cape Town on Sir Lowry Road, winds past Table Mountain, down the breathtaking Atlantic Seaboard and Chapman’s Peak, before culminating in a triumphant finish right outside DHL Stadium in Green Point. The event transforms the entire city into a week-long festival of health, fitness, and community spirit.
