The Cape Town leg of the SPAR Women’s Challenge launches the national SPAR Series, celebrated as South Africa’s “Most Beautiful Race” for its welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Women of all ages and fitness levels come together to run, walk, and celebrate empowerment in a vibrant community setting.

The 2026 theme, #CelebrateHer, shines a spotlight on every participant and the strength she represents. Finishers will receive a stylish medal and goody bag, with exciting lucky-draw prizes up for grabs — including R30,000 in SPAR vouchers.

The event also supports the SPAR Petals Programme, an initiative focused on tackling period poverty and uplifting communities. More than just a race, the SPAR Women’s Challenge is a powerful celebration of unity, wellness, and purpose.
